1. Preheat
the oven to 180 °C. grease a ring cake tin and dust with cocoa powder.
2. Cook the
oranges in water for 1½-2 hours. Drain and cool. Chop, remove the seeds but
keep the rind on. Blitz in a food processor until smooth.
3. Add the remaining
ingredients and blend well.
